The Compliance Associate is responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of caregiver credentials, operational documentation, payroll validation, patient census, and regulatory records across the organization. This role plays a critical part in maintaining audit readiness, reducing operational risk, supporting payroll and billing accuracy, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, payer, and organizational requirements.

What You Will Do:
Caregiver Compliance & Credentialing
● Monitor and enforce caregiver compliance requirements, including licenses, certifications, annual training, and required documentation.
● Ensure caregivers maintain ongoing eligibility by proactively tracking renewals and expiration dates.
● Maintain complete, accurate, and audit-ready caregiver files across all operational systems.
● Partner with branch and operations leaders to resolve compliance deficiencies in a timely manner.
Training & Documentation Oversight
● Manage caregiver training completion through Learning Management Systems (LMS), including platforms such as Nevvon.
● Monitor training completion rates and coordinate timely remediation of outstanding requirements.
● Ensure standardized documentation practices across all markets and operational systems.
● Support implementation of documentation best practices and process improvements.
Audit Readiness & Regulatory Compliance
● Prepare documentation and reports for internal and external audits, including Department of Health (DOH), Managed Care Organizations (MCO), Electronic Visit Verification (EVV), and internal compliance reviews.
● Investigate audit findings and assist in implementing corrective action plans.
● Maintain compliance with all regulatory, payer, accreditation, and organizational documentation standards.
● Conduct routine compliance reviews to identify areas of risk before audits occur.
Systems & Documentation Integrity
● Maintain consistent documentation standards across EVV, HRIS, payroll, CRM/EMR, and other operational systems.
● Perform routine audits to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
● Identify system discrepancies and collaborate with operational teams to resolve issues.
● Support continuous process improvements that strengthen compliance and operational efficiency.

● Meet established deadlines while maintaining high-quality work standards.
● Support organizational initiatives focused on compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
